Trained silhouette looks healthy, so girls do not starve , just play sports in the summer it can be a bicycle, roller skates, skateboard, 15 min run, and even walking with the dog. For more demanding: a gym, a fitness center, swimming. Any form of physical activity is indicated :) I personally really like a nicely sculpted abdominal muscles ... and I'm working on it solidly with my favorite coach Monia :)
